Confidentiality Notice - Please Read
Lambert & Lambert
takes protecting inventor's rights very seriously. Thus, to protect you
the inventor, please submit your invention by choosing one of the three options
detailed below.
In each option, the
Nondisclosure-Confidentiality Agreement
needs to be signed. This agreement states that Lambert & Lambert must
keep your information confidential and thus cannot disclose your invention
without the expressed written permission of the inventor. To view the

3 Ways To Submit Your Invention
For your convenience we have developed three different ways for you to submit your
invention...

Option 1 - Submit
Online
This is the fastest means of
submitting your invention for evaluation. There are four steps to complete
the process on our secure online server.

Option 2 - Submit
By Fax
Submitting by fax consists of
printing the forms and faxing them in with the required information. First
the inventor faxes only the signed nondisclosure agreement and once they receive
it back countersigned by one of the two partners, they then fax (or mail) in the
completed submission forms. Click here for more details.

Option 3 - Submit By Mail
This option starts by the inventor
first requesting forms by either calling or emailing our office. Once they receive the signed
nondisclosure agreement and forms either sent by email or postal mail, the
inventor then fills them out and mails them in.
