Partnering with Physicians, Researchers, and Product
Developers...Licensing New Products.
At
Lambert and Lambert’s Medical and Dental Division, we focus on new inventions
that provide a better quality of life. This is attained by new devices
that aid the healthcare professional, enhance the lives of those with chronic
ailments, and maintain health. We recognize that both healthcare
professionals and the general population can contribute to society with
innovative devices to make life better.
We are looking for devices that improve healthcare delivery by the healthcare
professional. This can range from examination gloves and stethoscopes to
surgical instruments. We are also in search for products that help with
homecare. This can range from bandages and toothbrushes to wheel chairs.
We encourage innovative ideas that improve lives but we do
not accept ideas or patents on processes and methods, or FDA class III devices.

Dr. S.
Christopher Chang:
Director of Medical
and Dental Products
Dr. Chang graduated
with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.S. degree in
Biochemistry and Microbiology. During his undergraduate studies, he was
heavily involved in research involving DNA sequencing which was funded through a
grant awarded to him by the University of Wisconsin. His work became a
model to be used by the Biochemistry Department for their laboratory curriculum.
He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of
Minnesota with an award for Outstanding Achievement in Operative Dentistry from
the Academy of Operative Dentistry. Dr. Chang is a member of the American
Dental Association, Minnesota Dental Association, and Minneapolis District
Dental Society. He owns and practices in a multi-doctor private practice
that emphasizes the utilization of the latest technology such as the first FDA
approved medical/dental laser to be cleared for use on hard and soft tissues.
As a health care professional
and inventor always seeking ways to be more efficient, improve patient comfort,
and maximize treatment success, Dr. Chang has a keen understanding of what it
takes for a new product to catch the interest of healthcare professionals and be
a recommended product to benefit the general public. Introducing new
products into a healthcare professional’s practice influences patient care and
compliance, costs, changes in treatment modality, and insurance acceptance.
Dr. Chang actively makes decisions in his progressive practice based on these
considerations. He is dedicated to thoroughly evaluating his client’s
inventions just as he does when implementing new products for his patients.
